Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Rastafarian Safaris website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

Use of Our Services

Our website and services are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or services obtained from our website without our prior written permission.

Booking and Payment

Reservations

A booking is confirmed once we have received your deposit payment and sent you a written confirmation. By making a booking, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to make the booking on behalf of all persons named in the reservation.

Deposits and Final Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the tour start date. For bookings made within 60 days of the departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice due to factors beyond our control, such as currency fluctuations, government taxes, or fuel surcharges. We will notify you of any price changes before final payment is due.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees apply:

• More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit
• 59-30 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
• 29-15 days before departure: 75% of total tour cost
• 14 days or less before departure: 100% of total tour cost

All cancellations must be made in writing. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation coverage.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or insufficient participants. In such cases, we will offer you a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative tour. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred as a result of your booking.

Travel Documents and Health Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and health certificates. We are not liable for any loss or expense incurred due to your failure to comply with these requirements.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and personal belongings. Travel insurance is not included in the tour price.

Limitation of Liability

Rastafarian Safaris acts as an agent for transportation companies, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by these service providers or by events beyond our control.

By participating in our tours, you acknowledge that certain risks and dangers may arise, including but not limited to hazards of traveling in undeveloped areas, travel by various means of transportation, forces of nature, and encounters with wildlife. We are not liable for any injury, illness, or death resulting from these risks.

Intellectual Property

The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Rastafarian Safaris and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, comments, or other content to our website, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content worldwide.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website and services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
